In the midst of the final movement (at about 19'29"), a woman shouted
"Deutschland über alles, Herr Schuricht !"
This concert was held 7 months before the Nazis occupied Holland (May,1940)
and banned Mahler's music.
The lady's shout helps us to feel the political atmosphere at that time.
However, it is still not clear what the lady wanted to mention actually.
